Looking for affordable land in Lagos?
You don’t need ₦5 million or a connection in government to become a landlord. With the right information, you can still buy verified land in Lagos for as low as ₦700,000.
In this guide, we’ve uncovered real, fast-developing areas where smart buyers are securing land before prices explode. These are places many overlook — but that’s exactly why they’re still affordable.
NOTE: Land prices are just one part of the cost. You’ll still need to pay for things like survey, deed of assignment, development fees — and sometimes omo-onile fees. Some estates add this to the price already. Ask questions before paying.
